Daboll. I wanted Flores at first, but the more I read...the less enthused I am about him. I think Harbaugh is a pipe dream. The other two are legit candidates to be our next HC.
I think there’s almost no chance that any of these up and coming GMs would want Harbaugh. He wears out his welcome and ultimately wants control everywhere he’s at
Daboll is essentially an unknown with an inconsistent record and Flores seems to .ugh like Judge. And granted both of those guys are great candidates but against Harbaughs track record no way.
Even though I don't care for the guys style he is a proven HC that has won. Bring Fangio along and its solid. This team needs that level of caliber badly at this point. Daboll is my second choice but an unknown.

I'm old enough to remember when everyone rooting for McCarthy to be the next HC said he was a proven HC that had won.
I really don’t know much about Daboll. Not saying he’s good or bad, but when you have a player like Allen and Stephan Diggs the offense tends to look better. He did develop Allen and gets credit for that. I’m just not as impressed.
I don’t want Harbaugh. He strikes me as a guy who would be successful for about 3-5 yrs and then be abrasive and be looking for another opportunity. I like Flores, because he’s a known commodity. He’s won without having “star” players. Flores, from what I gather WANTS to be the HC of the Giants. He’s a hometown kid. If he’s successful and the right people are in place, I can see him being here a long time.
Especially because there is a good chance that Fangio would come with him as DC. I like Daboll but if the Giants had a chance of hiring a proven HC then I am all for it.
I really liked him with the Dolphins, but all this stuff has come out about him not getting along well with the front office, and not speaking to his staff since before Thanksgiving and it gives me pause. But then the Dolphins went 8-1 when that was going on....
At least he understands you are nothing without a star QB in this league.
So, I would pick Daboll. There are too many "Giants Way" spokes attached to Flores.

As long as we get a good coach who works well with our GM I'm happy.
Even in the 70's when we stink we were known to have tough defenses.
Let's get back to Giant football. No more bend but don't break or read and react defenses.

Could just be because he can be had, unlike most of not all other QBs.
