Got in in June 2021. Same concept as the Masterbuilt, charcoal gravity feed. Love it. There are lots of great instructional videos on YouTube on how to cook anything you like. Personal favorites are Picanha, Tri-Tip, Cowboy steaks and Baby Back Ribs. Using a meat probe/thermometer makes it hard to mess up.
I have also been able to explore different rubs, and have come to like Meat Church for the their rubs, but also "how-to" videos on YouTube.
Given that Traeger pellet grills work under the same gravity concept that is basically cooking things guided by grill/meat temperature and time, there are a ton of people on YouTube using a Traeger that can provide a lot of ideas you can use on your grill.
