and the GM is probably focusing on the coaching staff first, I wonder if we don't see the scouting group remain largely unchanged until after the draft? That will give Schoen time to evaluate who is there, how the group works, and find any parts he wants to keep and what he needs to do.

the player personnel staff will stay in place until after the draft. There's just not enough time to overhaul it. Maybe he adds a voice or two before rebuilding the org.

has done some scouting of the 2022 class, he is going to be his. There could be lots of disagreements with the current scouting staff, which will be a good time to evaluate each and everyone of them. It should be very interesting.

Who would he replace them with anyway? Beane already said Buffalo has no intentions of letting people go with Schoen. Schoen is going to have to find his own righthand person from other relationship ties
