You think managing the media in Jax is the same as in NYC? The time you need to give, the sheer number of media members in NYC. Despite the fact that the press is much more muted than they used to be, NYC media is still much harder on the local teams than media in every other city not named Philly and Boston. Sportsradio outside of the Bos-NY-Philly corridor are all cheerleaders for the home teams and use national radio crap for half the day
Just based on what he could get out of a very mediocre Dolphins roster this year that had every excuse to give up at 1-7. Not sure how many coaches can do that.
Outside of him, I like Daboll. That Bills offense is fun to watch and there is no doubt they are getting every ounce of talent out of Josh Allen.

The OL returns all 5 starters and ranked 5th-best in Football Outsiders Adjusted Sack Rate last year. Daboll's offense ranked #2 in total yards and offensive points scored in 2020, the first such top 20 finish in yards, 2nd top 20 finish in points.
