Ain't too crappy. Bailey Zappe, Western Kentucky. Smaller QB, played weaker competition, but outrageous stats. Not a cannon for an arm, but finds his targets and puts the ball where it needs to be. Looks to play quick and smart. Can move in and out of the pocket.

Funny, I saw some guy in his jersey completing passes of 50 yards yards in the air on a dime. Guess Zappe must loan out his jersey. ;-)
I remember another rag-arm denigrated here, but his name wasn't Fromm or Lauletta, it was Rivers. Besides, unlike Fromm or Lauletta, this guy throws it to guys in the same colored jersey.

The arm is Kyle Lauletta bad. Will never be able to throw deep ball in NFL.

Fromm threw 5 INTs in 385 passes in his final year at Georgia as a true junior. Zelle threw 11 in 687 passes as a fifth year senior. That's 1 interception for every 77 for Fromm, and one every 62 passes for Zelle, against much weaker competition. Seems Zelle throws it to guys in the other colored jerseys more often, guys who weren't as good the those Fromm was facing.
