This interview is pretty cool. Gives a little bit of a better idea of Schoen’s thinking when if comes to the draft. Seems to be highly prepared for anything and will conduct the draft a bit differently then we’ve been used to around here

The benefit of Schoens role there in Buffalo is hes been involved in the scouting for this draft and will be able to run the draft board process here quickly next few months and make the picks.

Sounds like the new GM has had a complete look at the upcoming draft with the Buffalo scouting team and will also get to look at it with his own.

That seems like a unique position to be in.
