As the GM too. Hell he can be the DC all at the same time if wants.
Then there is Tomlin, Payton, and I also really like McVay.
What are you driving at?
You realize Belichick is 17-17 last 2 years?
Imagine his record coaching the Giant roster.
Seriously?
First it's 17-16 in the last two years. Last year was his first losing season since his 1st year as HC of the Patriots
That's 1 losing season in 20 years. His record is 244-92 as the Patriots HC. He had to bring in Cam Newton as his QB last year after losing Brady. This year he made the playoffs with a rookie QB. The man has 8 rings and is EASILY the goat.
Mike Vrabel. I really like what he has done with that team. He seems to get the most out of his teams. They should have won had his OC not called a play where his QB was in the gun on 3rd and less than 1.
RE: I wouldn't choose him number one but he deserves some recognition

Good call. What he is able to do without an elite QB deserves serious consideration.
Kyle Shanahan and it’s not even close. His game plans are incredible, he tailors his schemes around his players, and squeezes out the most from the level of talent he’s given. Hes the best coach in the NFL right now (aside from maybe Belichick) and he’s only 42.
is going to be 70 years old in April. For that reason alone, he's not who I would pick. I'd want someone who I could reasonably expect could be here 6, 7, 10 years from now.
Then there is Tomlin, Payton, and I also really like McVay.

Curious to see who bbi sees as the ideal leader.
I like how Tomlin’s teams compete.
That was 60 years ago. Can you imagine a coach from that era in today's game? He'd have 8 fullbacks on the roster.
Compared to the recent stiffs they’ve had, I’d even take 2021 Lombardi.
Then there is Tomlin, Payton, and I also really like McVay.

Could go both ways and play inside LB’s

Oh and he loves the Giants organization.
Again, Seriously?

Haha now you’ve got me imagining the skeleton of Vince Lombardi dressed up in Giants gear and a headset on the sideline.
“… And as we’ve seen all season, the expression on Lombardi’s face never changes— he remains unflappable regardless of the score or situation.”
Shanahan for me.
