he took out one of his best players tonight after making a 3, ofr what? that lineup was playing great defense moving the ball and scoring..
I mean come on..The youth clearly gives you the best chance to win and you sit there and give the vets more minutes..
The fact Randle came back into this game was an absolute joke and then you run the final play for him instead of trying to get Grimes who was hot from 3
How about Randle grabbing a reb every once in awhile and not letting the ice cold Cavs get tons of 2nd chances in the 4th especially leading to that Garland dagger...
Need to trade Kamba and Burks. Maybe see if someone will take
Agree. The criticism of him is that he played to win and used vets too much. Correct on point 2 but I don't see that he's playing to win. I know we're the armchair amateurs but I've been around hoops a long time, played a lot back in the day, and Thibs just seems blind to the obvious.
NBA referees routinely call the littlest of foot shuffles as travels.

I get Thibs coaches to win, but how can he not see how mich better this team plays when the youth is on the court..
Any coach in the NBA right now would not be playing 2 bigs at all times..its clunky and makes your team slow and easy to defend..
Has changed Randles career. I mean having a bad series isn’t uncommon, but it has shook him. He doesn’t even seem like a good candidate when you were thinking this guy could be the captain of New York.
Really is unexplainable. His trade value has sunk. Change of scenery may be in order. And that’s something you wouldn’t have even thought about last year.
Last play wasn’t intended for Randle, but Wade was holding RJ.
sport where the refs make conscious decisions to change how they officiate at pivotal points in the game and ignore blatant penalties that they obviously see. It’s such a joke and I don’t know how anyone can take this league seriously.
RE: NBA referees routinely call the littlest of foot shuffles as travels.
But somehow missed Garlands foot shuffle followed by 5 STEPS before taking that three pointer? At a pivotal point in the game?
Yeah, tell me that referees don’t control outcomes of games.
Can't wait to get the final 2 minute officiating report for tonight on Wednesday telling us the refs fucked us a once again and there should have been a travel called there. That always makes me feel so much better. Just like the Minnesota report telling us the they fucked us 3 times in the final 2 minutes...
3 boards and 4 assists but 0 for 4 from the field and -3, Reddish couldnt get those minutes?
Kemba and Fournier played a combined 40 minutes, 7 for 17, 1 for 9 from 3, 1 assist and 15 points, you mean to tell me those 40 minutes cant be spread out more to Grimes and Quick and a couple to Reddish and get better production?
Because Randle looked off Rj who has been getting to the Lane at will only to set him up for a worse shot

Why does Leon Rose let Thibs do this?
Honestly what does it hurt?
Again, Randle needs to be off this team. Please take Thibs with him too.
Agree.
Obi and Grimes need to be given the same leash that Quickley and Randle have.

I really do not want to see Randle bring up the ball ever again.

The athleticism and length of some lineups you could make with the youth and that doesnt include Mcbride who is a pest defensively but is long..
Even if they dont shoot well their defense would lead to a lot of transition baskets..
Are they stars? no but it would be fun to watch them grow together with a couple of vets to help them and be role players
Knicks would have to pay it but the cap hit would go to the acquiring team.
Adding 15% to 4/29M translates to a 4/33.6M cap hit.
I doubt teams are watching Randle and saying, yeah, I want to take that on.
Let alone give up anything for it.
it wasnt bad ina sense they dint get blown out, basically youth played well and the vets played like crap..
Randle of course got free reign to do whatever even though he was horrible

I would trade him for a bag of balls at this point
@ Bucks
vs. Kings
vs. Grizzlies
@ Lakers
@ Jazz
@ Nuggets
@ Warriors

58 minutes of crap handed to the vets

If they kept that young core and played them, they would be a 50 win team within 3 years
