I feel like they missed a huge opportunity here. So many better options IMO.

Why couldn’t they be the Reds for example? Even WFT was better than this.

I thought plain ole Hogs would have been best. Not red hogs since the word, red, would just be a reminder of the old name. They already have merchandise and it honors a great time in their history. Oh well. Commanders isn't terrible and makes sense given the location.

I get the merch play, its all about $$$$ but WFT was the keeper. Truly unique in American football and keep a classic helmet with just the number.
