Ultimately I think Schoen will have the runway to bring the guy that he wants.
It had to be easier for Daboll to make his recommendations as to who he would want for DC (Wink, Zimmer, Fangio) than it was for Flores in the offensive side of the ball.

Though I do hope I’m wrong.
I think the Miami fallout with the GM and the offense are big issues for Flores so that makes him a little tougher but I believe he has the experience they want instead of the 1st time HC again.
but think it will be Daboll. The reason why Flores won't get it is because he could not lay out a plan for the offense especially with a potential new QB coming in. Mara may have wanted Flores but I think Schoen wins the argument on that point.
The key phrase Mara has talked about is he hates all the change and referenced Jones situation. Now if Flores actually has a really good offensive plan and has a OC lined up or if JS discussed a recommendation that Flores valued it could go in his favor.
One reason to like Daboll is that whether it's Danny Jones or rookie, Daboll is better equipped to get the most out of him. There is no denying he had a large part in turning Josh Allen into the QB he is today.
We're pretty much expecting an announcement today, yeah?.

Personally I prefer Flores, but think Schoen needs to have whoever he thinks is the best fit.

I go back and forth on who I think it will be every 3-5 minutes

I think Mara wants Flores, but I am hoping he defers to what Schoen wants which is likely Daboll.

I think it's Daboll but Mara doesn't want the inexperienced 1st time HC again.

Perhaps, but that’s where Schoen comes in?
