I think we get Daboll and Dorsey and Martindale. How can that not be viewed as a win? I am sure a few posters (and some more directly linked to BBI) will find some reason to cry foul and doom and gloom.

Can we just find out what the hell is going on! This is like Christmas eve as a little kid. Will I wake up and look under the tree to see a shiny new red bike or brand new sweater!

I would think either version of second option has a higher chance of Ken Dorsey getting head coaching opportunities in the near future.

If the Bills want to promote him to their OC position. He wouldn't be in an offensive HC shadow, likely have playcalling responsibilities and gets to work with Josh Allen.

Why wouldn’t the Giants also off Dorsey an Asst HC/ OC position… if they want him. We did it with Graham.
I guess first things first…need a HC.

Even if the Giants (or for that matter the dolphins) offer an assistant head coaching position to Dorsey, the Bills do not have to grant permission for him to be interviewed. The NFL only recognizes head coach and all others are assistants. They do not recognize assistant head coach as a promotion.
