Seems like he might prefer trying to Fix Tua over trying to fix Jones
It does? You had long conversations with him about this subject? Statements like this drive me nuts. Feel free to say you would feel that way but stating anything about how Daboll might feel is beyond stupid. You have no idea. Maybe he likes knowing his boss, likes the dynamic between the two of them. Maybe he knows the Giants are going to be fixing the roster this year with major plans of moving forward adn up in 2023 with a new QB. Who the hell knows...
Damn dude calm down just a casual remark based on stuff I have seen on Twitter wasn't even being that serious. Passing the time til we hear for sure like everyone else. Relax

I see it differently. Jones is on his last year here in all likelihood, Daboll would be coming here on the GM's timeline which currently includes drafting/acquiring our next QB (unless the unthinkable happens and Jones is awesome in 2022).
I also think Daboll knows Tua better than almost anyone. Does he see the highly productive college player he coached but with a limited NFL ceiling? If so why take that job if ownership is insisting on Tua (the reason Flores isn't there, apparently)?
Tonight a nor'easter is going to pummel NYC leaving a foot of snow and 50 mph winds and wind chill factors to 20 below. Miami is complaining that it might drop to 65 degrees tonight in this cold snap.
Snow, wind, freezing, an outspoken fan base that complains over every mistake, high taxes
vs.
Palm trees, beaches/bikinis/warm weather, no state taxes and a fan base that simply hangs back and cheers their team on no matter

I know what I'd choose.
He just coached in Buffalo of all places. Yes, even North Jersey is an upgrade in weather compared to Buffalo.
That being said, severely doubt his 'decision' will be about which weather he prefers.

It'll be near-freezing Saturday night in South Florida, FWIW.
Plenty of people don’t like the intense heat either

I saw where Miami is bringing in Kellen Moore for a second interview and so it would appear like the decision for Daboll might of been made.
well done

HAH! Actually laughed out loud at this.
The hire should have nothing to do with Jones.

Was waiting for the Branca reference.

His account has gone silent since he said that Peters was going to be GM5
Lol well played!
