Mara loves Flores. No secret. But there is a belief in the organization that Brian Daboll is the right guy to rejuvenate the offense. Would not be surprised to see some sort of resolution in the next 24 hours. Not over yet but Daboll is in the driver’s seat.

I don't like that Schoen is going the 'easy' route by hiring Daboll because hes worked with him and they've had success....with Allen as their QB. Daboll for his part hasn't been a HC and that gives me pause. I lean towards Flores as he was a HC, went through adveristy with a shitty team and STILL won some games. I don't like the idea that he may not communicate well or doesn't work well with others, but there are other coaches who've had an adversarial relationship with their GM and still succeeded(ehem, Parcells, ehem). A lot of the posters on here are gung ho for one candidate or another but I've learned my lesson and I am attached to none of them and will not proclaim any of them a great hire until we see results on the field and most importantly wins and lots of them;)

It’s Schoen’s first choice whether it’s Daboll or Flores. We really need to land this coaching hire and Mara has crashed the landing 3 times in a row.

I don't understand this interview. The only reason I think he got this interview is he worked with Schoen. The thought of his defensive gameplan in that last game still scares me. Why not the 49ers DC? Id take Todd Bowles over him. Frazier scares me about the same as Dan Quinn.

100 percent confident in Daboll butin all honesty if he and Schoen can bring the Buffalo model for success to the Ginats and we actually have a decent season Ill be happy. Yes Josh allen is amazing but people forget outside of Allen they have a heck of a football team.

Bills look great because of Allen, Shoen need to land an Allen for this to work. I don't see the Bills offense as innovative, I see a QB that creates on his own and make throws that few can.
