Haven't watched hardly any of the Tournament so far: does St. Peter's have more than just a shot at this game? Apparently, the pace of its attack overwhelms teams not used to their speed/quickness.

Crazy as it sounds, I really do think they have a legitimate shot to win this game.
Imo, they’ve already beaten two teams better than UNC in Kentucky and Perdue, and they won’t be intimidated by the UNC colors or logo. Throw in a pro Peacock crowd, a great coach, a true team approach and they could very well end up cutting down the nets in Philly.
Look at it this way, UNC will be the weakest team they faced

In my experience here, UNC has far more fans than the other 3 programs combined.

Anyway, I think they have a shot but Bacot sure is scary. They will have to grind out as they have every game and keep it close to 3 minutes.

Because it’s never happened before? I get the novelty factor but I’m with BBS on this. How can any sports fan root for a hated rival?
It’s like the Giants fans who rooted for the Eagles in the SB vs the Pats because they thought us being the only team to beat BB and TB in a SB was more important.
It’s like some weird parallel to that where getting a Duke/UNC FF game somehow justifies rooting for a hated rival to win today. I don’t get it and could never do it.
Always root against them. Self is obviously great coach, terrific in 2nd half adjustments, but runs a dirty program, always on the edge of sanctions. One of those perennial powers I love to root against, irrespective of the sport.
Too much Bacot, Manek hit a couple of early shots, and St. Peter's couldn't make open shots to loosen things up. I would have pressed the entire second half, but don't think it would have changed the outcome.
One of the most memorable runs ever in the tournament that ended before the 4, up there with Loyola Marymount after Gathers.
