I think a lot of fans were still dwelling on the "disappointing" second day of the draft and did reset their focus on the third day.
Adding Micah McFadden and Darrian Beavers in the same draft is pretty darn cool. Sure, they are not ideal athletes, but they make plays.... a lot of plays and are always around the ball. I can't wait to see them developed under Wink (a former LB coach).
Crowder I am a fan of but he can not be the guy back there. Blake being back will help him but a rotation of all 4 depending on feel of the game will help.
Blitz baby Blitz.
Even the most controversial, the short WR....is not small....than I read, he was converted RB. That arrow just keep pointing up.

Wan'Dale is awesome. I ran a bunch of mock draft simulators over the last couple weeks. He was a guy I'd always try and get. I'm a huge fan of him. Think he's gonna be a guy that consistently has around 1000 yards from scrimmage and 7-8 total TDs.
I’m excited
She has had classes with McFadden. Says he’s the nicest guy and is easy to root for
He will be a player for 10 years
Smith, Roche, Coughlin, and Brown have shown juice at times so i wonder how any of them look being allowed to really cut it loose going for the QB. Same with McFadden and Beavers.
I don't think any of those guys are 4 down players but if Wink can make a couple of role players out of them that would be a lot.
Also McFadden. I think adding some ILB that have blitzing abilities is great. Concerned about our O still but the D could be very exciting this year I think
No, he paused with what he was saying. He said he showed up on Tuesday taking out scout team players.
Lance Zierlein had this to say about him:

Can someone explain the logic behind that guy falling to the sixth round?
So, is he suggesting that this video is doctored or something?
Lance Zierlein had this to say about him:

Inside linebacker with throwback size but also throwback athleticism that fails to fit cleanly into today's brand of football. Beavers is a phone-booth linebacker who is well-schooled in taking on and slipping blocks between the tackles but can be overwhelmed by athletic opponents when forced to move and play in space.
I think he has a chance to be a valuable player for NYG.
Hope it happens, not expecting it to with either of these players.
obviously these numbers are from one well-published story and I'm not being pessimistic just keeping my excitement measured. Those 5th and 6th round LBer numbers are dismal. and this is just to start half their games - that's what defines success, nothing qualitative.
The numbers show us the following outline for finding consistent starters:
1st Round - OL (83%) LB (70%) TE (67%) DB (64%) QB (63%) WR (58%) RB (58%) DL (58%)
2nd Round - OL (70%) LB (55%) TE (50%) WR (49%) DB (46%) QB (27%) DL (26%) RB (25%)
3rd Round - OL (40%) TE (39%) LB (34%) DL (27%) WR (25%) DB (24%) QB (17%) RB (16%)
4th Round - DL (37%) TE (33%) OL (29%) LB (16%) WR(12%) DB (11%) RB (11%) QB (8%)
5th Round - TE (32%) DB (17%) WR (16%) OL (16%) DL (13%) RB (9%) LB (4%) QB (0%)
6th Round - TE (26%) OL (16%) DL (13%) WR (9%) DB (8%) RB (6%) LB (5%) QB (0%)
7th Round - DB (11%) OL (9%) QB (6%) WR (5%) DL (3%) LB (2%) RB (0%) TE (0%)
Seems a bit odd. Or is that percentage saying something else.
