Dennis Hickey will join former #Bills colleague Joe Schoen's staff w/the #Giants as the new GM continues to reshape the scouting staff in New York. Exact role/title TBA. Hickey, formerly the #Dolphins GM, served in Buffalo as the team's Sr. National scout. Also served w/#Bucs.

seems like Hickey left Miami because the VP Mike Tannebaum had more sway than him? Not really performance related? Anyone have anymore insight?
