I think this just shoot anything on net is a dumb idea. It really hasn’t Worked. As Herb Brooks would say “play your game” and then you will see why he is an AHLer
I was talking with my dad about the last two games
Pens were really good at having at least on guy, and sometimes two screening our goalie. They scored a bunch against us this way where they create the "chaos" in front of the net. a lot of their goals we didn't even have a body in the crease.

Yes! What’s the kind of point dumping the puck on net if nobody is going to be there to bang it home. It doesn’t even look like we are trying to set up in front of the net
So many absolute no shows tonight it's hard to believe
Panarin invisible, Zibanejad and Kreider only visible for negative plays, Trouba an absolute nightmare. Strome and Copp nowhere to be found. Oh and it's time for some guys on this board to admit Lindgren is more important to this team than he gets credit for. Whether he should be or not is a different issue.

Lindgren is our top-pair LD. Of course he's important to this team. But like you said, that is indeed an issue that will need to be addressed in the offseason.
I see now that it wasn't Nemeth. Kreider and Trouba committed the offenses. Nemeth has zero ice time.

Lots of blame on that one, but it started when Chytil shot the puck into Letang's pads (at least I think it was Letang who blocked it).
the fact Letang blocked the shot and scored the goal with no NYR player picking him up is about effort.
