Tennessee might not be as good as people think. Tannehill is on downside and their receiving corps needs work. Henry is a beast but has to stay healthy.

that we saw against Cincinnati is the Tannehill we’re going to see moving forward, than I would say that’s we’re in a good position to win that game.

Tough task for the Titans. I would imagine any time you get a team 1st on your schedule with a new HC/OC/DC it makes it tough b/c you don't know EXACTLY what kind of tendencies they have.

to the Jets last year. They’ve also lost their best player. Henry has slowed down a bit. Not a game we should expect the Giants to win, but Tenn is a flawed team due for regression next year that will have a hard fight to get back to the playoffs.

How does the other team gameplan for the Giants? On offense, you game plan based on Wink's defense in Baltimore. For the Titans though, I hope Wink stacks the box against the run. Try and make them win through the air. Blitz the hell out of them on obvious passing situations.

On defense do you gameplan for Daboll's Bill's offense or Khafka's Chiefs? Pre-snap motion for free release, use the younger shiftier receivers (Barkley too) to get open fast and get the ball out quickly. Can't wait to see this new offense. Again, IF Daboll has them ready right away.

Make them adjust to what we want to do and not the other way around. This should be easier to accomplish since they don't really know what that is. They will have to be reactive instead of proactive.

+1 Start the game by motioning Barkley out wide, Robinson to the backfield and shotgun draw between the tackles! No one’s expecting that! Then pass only for the rest of the first half.

Aside from the NFC East and GB in London we only have 4 away games: Tenn, Seattle, Minnesota and Jax.

Who knows what the rest of the offseason and preseason will look like for either team. But just on paper this feels like it could be one of those surprise week 1 games where a big underdog pulls put a highly win that no one saw coming.

It's just how the rotation works. We play the north. In other years when we had common seeded opponents from the north, both teams finished last in their respective divisions.

Our new OL will be tested because the Titans can bring the heat with Simmons, Landry, Dupree, Autry, etc.

Might as well jump into the deep end and see how Jones et al can handle that...

For the past decade we have played at home or away, versus division opponents or others, teams that were in the playoffs the prior year or not, teams that were expected to be in the playoffs or not.

And the Giants are 1-9 in those last 10 opening games.

Something has gotta' change...
