BTW, for those who missed it, when episode #3 was posted, I went back and watched the first two. In #2, Mbaeteka was really praised as the best prospect.
Eric. Im hooked on this series haha. Great underdog story. And yeah to echo what Eric said, if anyone missed the first three episodes, definitely go back and check them, its worth the time.
With the addition of Neal the Giants are set at both tackle spots for at least the next 3 seasons. Even if Mbaeteka develops into a good player he will not be ready to contribute at all this season. IMO the best case scenario would be for him to spend the majority of the season on the PS but finish the season on the active roster to prevent any team from poaching him to sign to a future contract.
If everything goes right MBaeteka could be ready for a backup role in 2023. Ideally a more seasoned player will be the swing tackle so that there isn't pressure on MBaeteka to step in early. I would prefer to see the Giants work him strictly at RT or LT early on.

I believe he is signed to a normal contract and is not an IPP exemption.
It rolls off the tongue rather nicely. So easy to be a big fan and pull hard for this fellow's success.
