I am most excited about Daniel Bellinger and Cor'Dale Flott. Flott is extremely talented and it appears that the one thing he is missing is size on his frame. He has ideal height for the CB position plus he was one of the youngest CB's in the draft. He will begin this season competing for the nickelback spot but if he's able to add 10+ pounds to his frame he could be a starting CB in 2023.
Or if he'll ever be, to be honest. But he seems to be a good guy to develop, desirable traits and so forth. I'm looking forward to seeing how he progresses. Heaven knows we could use the help in the Secondary.
Flott’s movement skills. He really has some good looking burst. If he can get that weight up to like 190 he’ll be really good in a year or 2.
He’s never getting near 190. But he’s 175 now and maybe 180 is possible. It’s his movement skills that are impressive. Not worried about his weight. It’s not that important.
Such an odd draft this year. To go from such a high on Thursday
night with the big names to what seems to be a lot of reaches/unknowns as the draft went into the weekend.
We'll see how this plays out as maybe Schoen knows his stuff and found a few guys that will perform. But would have liked if Day 2 went a bit different in terms of guys omn the board.

He’s 20 years old, he can put on way more than 5 pounds if he eats right and dedicates himself to lifting. You’d be surprised how many wr/corners dont put any time into the weight room in college.
Cornerbacks still have to come up and support the run D
they also have to make tackles once the RB gets through the the second level, and he will have to fight off larger Wr's on routes, etc. He is on the football field and will need to have some physicality. He is really, really small. I am the most worried about him than any draft choice. I am hoping he is not just built for flag football.

He played at 165 in college. He’s already put on 10 lbs since then. There are limits given his frame.

Well, i know everyone is different, but i was 6’2” 165 when i was 20, when i started lifting i was over 200 pounds within a couple years. Again im obviously no professional athlete, but its not that outlandish to think he can do it.

He’s been playing football, and presumably lifting, since high school. Not like he just started lifting this year. Who knows but I just think there are probably lie for him. Don’t think that’s a big deal.
I no rite? lol
He’s so unsung that even his highlights are under-the-radar
