They all could run and now have 2 years experience, and all can play STs. Wink plays everyone on his Defense. Perhaps he could deploy them in packages where they could excel....

i think the move inside was a mistake. i'd like to see what he can do in an edge rushing role in passing situations. i think it was the 2020 seattle game where he made a few chase downs on russell wilson to get the defense off the field before he could find someone open downfield.
And 100 tackles shows an ability to be involved at the very least. Let's not all making the mistake of viewing these 3 players in traditional positions. Wink will look for matchups we're he thinks these players can contribute, game by game.
who can also contribute a bit as a pass rusher, too. You don't often see LBs who are good gunners, but he is.
Coughlin is sort of in the same place, so he just might stick around for another year as a reserve. He can play inside and outside so his versatility is a plus. How well he can play them is another question that will have to be answered this summer.
Considering that they didn't expend any major resources on an ILB, Crowder has as good a chance to stick as anyone does. It's not like he doesn't have any talent like some of the bozos that have been on this team in the last several years. It will be fun to watch the ILB battle for probably three slots after Martinez.
Lalos is a great story, but is a long shot to hang around. Still, I wouldn't count him out yet.
As for Brunson, I fully expect him to be gone. Unlike all of the above, he hasn't shown squat.
and Carter Coughlin will make the team. Cam Brown will likely go to the PS if he's not claimed on waivers. Brunson and Brown will be knocked off the roster by McFadden and Beavers. Lalos has no chance unless the OLB position is hit hard with injuries. Elerson Smith and Roche will be the backup OLB's and I think Fox will make it over Lalos if the Giants keep 5 OLB's.
I bet at least 2 do not.
Coughlin I never thought would hold up as a legitimate edge and thought his only hope was at inside backer, where I liked Crowder a lot more.

Brown was a 6th round pick
Crowder, Coughlin and Brunson were 7th round picks
Lalos a UDFA
