Really enjoyed that!
You look at that

And look at the Talkin Giants review of him and you see him bending the edge five yards in. Not looping upfield at ten yards but making his move towards the QB almost immediately. He’s an absolute first rate pass rushing talent with all the tools like we haven’t seen in many years. The football gods finally smiled on us with him and Neal. Still pinching myself.
Watch the first step and punch

he's in the OL's face and in control with hands, gains the upper hand, switches from speed to power, and the burst downhill to the QB or flowing backside pursuit. Natural edge player and pass rusher and I think he'll fill out to 265 lbs as he's matures. Keep him clean, turn him loose.

I recall reading he is in the 250's and while strong in his upper body his legs aren't overly big though he is cat quick with that first step you can't teach. I'd expect he could get to 265 as well but I'd think his lack of lower power will hurt him in the NFL at times.
Despite what was said about his work ethic on and off the field

Predraft, he sounds like a player who will work hard to maximize his potential even if only to enhance his brand. We will see how hard he works in the weight room leading up to training camp.

So KT never squatted in HS. He could couldn’t squat 400 lbs when he got to Oregon. From an article I posted last week:

Quote:

He really doesn't want any more hype, he just wants to go play his best football," Cristobal said. "He's working right now at an ungodly rate, like what he did the other day in the weight room. That guy couldn't squat 405 [pounds] when he got here, and yesterday he was doing single leg reverse lunges with 405 reps.

Doing a single leg lunge with that much weight demonstrates some incredible strength in his lower half imo, he might carry it well..but it’s there.
I think

Both first round picks will be great players and KT will be talked about with the greats. He has a chance to wear the jacket when it’s all said and done.
I hope Ojulari can improve on his rookie campaign.

Unlike Lorenzo Carter. If he can, and Thibs lives up to his billing, the pass-rush should be fierce.

He plays strong despite the thin lower legs. His whole frame is a bit on the thin side, to the point I'm surprised he weighs what he does now. But that also reinforces he should be able to get stronger and thicker with an NFL training regimen through his 20s.
