I have an LG V60 (replacement phone from insurance) and not only is it so long its cumbersome to use with one hand, but its got all these weird features like a button I have to push for google assistant. Also my TV is acting weird with my roku device.

Yesterday, he handed it to me because I’m the tech guy evidently. Tried several fixes online and even tried disabling the IMS to see if that would work but nothing. Very frustrating.

I have been having trouble (though not the same) with the same manufacturer....I dont understand how it is not helpful to know the issue may be with the device not the carrier. But thanks for the puthy comment.
