Good on her

Sure she's had to deal with a lot more crap / roadblocks than others to get to the same position. Seems no-nonsense and smart.
Without a doubt

I’d say football is the hardest sport for a woman to do what she’s done. I have nothing but respect for her.

Not quite sure what the role of “Director of Coaching Operations” means though. Hopefully it’s a real role with actual impact rather than a role we announced for perception reasons. After the Flores situation, maybe the Giants want to look progressive in response. Who knows. I just hope this is real and she does well and ascends in this organization. Good luck to her.

Daboll basically said that she was his right hand "woman" and she brought together every aspect of coaching a team.
I believe I read that she was running Barkley through a drill

So both admin/organization kind of things and some on the field coaching. One of the players, I forget who, was quoted as saying she was like the momma bear keeping everyone in line with respect to what they were supposed to be doing.
