“there’s a reason why every year they hype him up to get a job and then when the time comes nobody hires him because they know the type of coach he really is.”
is not a head coach because he is not a good human being, not that great of a coach, does not call the plays and does a bad job in interviews. The only reason people keep touting him and screaming when he does not get a HC job (Stephen A im looking at you) is because of his race. They see racism as the reason he does not have a HC spot which is far from the truth.
often a vet toward the end of his career, rips a coach for not seeing things eye-to-eye.
But somewhat intriguing given the media-driven, evergreen, "will Eric Bieniemy get a HC job?" storyline each offseason. Clearly there is more to the story than the legal issues of 20+ years ago, and it seems to be an unspoken truth among league insiders.

This. If he was a good guy and an offensive genius he would have been a head coach a long time ago. I don’t know what the story is in KC, but Saint Andy has a history of signing players of questionable character (Hill, Baker, the list goes on and on), so why wouldn’t that expand to coaches as well.
On the other hand, if he wasn't a good coach, why would Andy Reid
I was going to post it a while back, when Bieniemy's name was brought up in some threads during our search for a new head coach, offensive coordinator. I didn't post it, though, because of its overall "sketchiness." Now...what the heck. Judge for yourself.
Can we now stop adding this guy into the conversation about head coaching jobs and how he's getting screwed by the color of his skin.... Makes me sick...

Interesting but bloated video. Original story getting deleted adds to the conspiracy.
Dude making love to his microphone was a bit distracting.
Are you kidding? That was the best part!
Seriously, though, although I do find Mike's videos entertaining, I normally don't post them here because of the TMZ vibe. He's a Cowboy fan, by the way, but he did have some nice things to say about Schoen and Daboll recently, how they're on track to turn the Giants around.

He hired his sons, so we know it expanded to coaches as well.
McCoy was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. His nickname is "Shady" and was given to him by his mother because of his mood swings where he would one second be happy and laughing and the next second be upset and crying.
The arrest report outlined the incident: Bieniemy was with five friends in a parking lot when he allegedly approached a lot attendant from behind and grabbed her by the neck. The victim told police the contact was not painful, but it startled her. She said the man also made comments while holding her.
"She stated that the male who grabbed her said something about 'a bunch of black males all at once being her worst nightmare,' " according to the report.
The victim told police the group of men then dropped their pants and began urinating nearby.

On the other hand, if he was such a good coach, why hasn’t Andy Reid ever let him call the plays?
It’s a marriage of convenience for both. Reid wants to call the plays and Bienemy is perfectly fine with that set up.
