Under the CBA, the league gets to choose whether to hold one for prospects whose eligibility changed. Not this year.

get drafted in the regular draft? I am a supporter of Daniel Jones, I believe he has the talent to be a good NFL qb. I think the new coaching staff will afford him the opportunity to be successful.

If I recall correctly the GIANTS front office swore they'd never use a high pick in the Supplemental Draft ever again after that pick.
