One set of albums I would recommend is by Klaus Schulze of Tangerine Dream - the albums are "La Vie Electronique" (16 total albums). This is solo stuff he did in the 1970s, mostly with a Moog synth.
They are on Apple Music; I am sure other platforms too. I linked #3 in the set. Great dreamy stuff!
