NFT: NFL Visa Card/ Comenity Bank

I am sure some of you have the NFL Visa card, that used to be associated with Barclay Bank but recently in May switched over to Comenity Bank.

I do use the card for certain purchases, but found it really strange their system has be down for I believe over a week! They did some sort of system upgrade and you simply can't log on to check your transactions nor pay a bill.

I was trying to setup my payment for June and then realized what was going on.

Anyone else really having issues? I wonder if they were hacked.

On the website it even says call their phone number. I called for my balance, but the same message was there about they know of an issue and can't answer calls now.

and have had issues trying to make a payment. I tried all day yesterday (online and via phone) and was getting error messages.

I tried again this morning and got the same error messages online. I was able to pay my bill via phone a few minutes ago.

For my card, they told me that they would waive late fees (my bill is due today) if I couldn't make the payment before the end of the day.

They just sent an email regarding the outage

Waiving late fees, etc.

I also have a card that was acquired by them. Never heard of comenity before that, now i see why. They are terrible.
