enjoy the day. it's beautiful weather here in Norwalk. Heading over to Calf Pasture Beach for a few hours and treating ourselves to a breakfast sandwich at Ripka's Cafe.
Clyde is your cousin? No shit!! Nice guy, great food. HE really made that spot into something great. I've spoken to him a few times waiting for orders. Really good guy.

His wife, Kristen, is my first cousin. Clyde is truly a great guy. That restaurant is his pride and joy. Have you ever done their lobster bake? Amazing.

small world. No we have not done that lobster bake yet but it's on the to do list. everything we've ever had there is great. yesterday I had the Cuban sandwich, wife had the sirloin burger, Sunday I had the Caesar dslad with his excellent crab cakes, wife had the fish tacos. The wood fired pizzas are great too. Also makes a great Bloody Mary
Watch where you step in that calf pasture. Now go grill something. I've got a lull in my preparations until crunch time :)
LOL. In Colonial times, the cows were kept there to graze by day, then ferried to the Norwalk Islands before night fall to protect them from the then very prevalent Mountain Lions.
Still found time to grill. Pork chops Sunday, hot dogs yesterday ;-).
