NFT: Free The Athletic subscription with NYT

Reading the daily AM email I get from the NYT they now have a section with a few stories from The Athletic. Thinking they might give me this limited daily content I click and got a message that a subscription could be included with a NYT all access subscription. Sure enough I now get The Athletic without any additional cost included with the NYT all access digital subscription. Thought others might want to know.

I have a paid subscription to both, I wonder if I can cancel my Athletic sub and get a prorated refund? Probably not...
