Why is it always a fight for me.. I have read some of you got emails getting it for free this year.. I never get them, hell I get renewals wanting me to pay.
I just called and so far no luck. Can someone send me the email they got to shove it in DTV face?

Say the bill is too high (it is) and say what discounts can you offer?
This year I got FREE Sunday Ticket Max and $45 off a month for a year. It's that easy.
I got free Sunday Ticket and $45 off my bill for one year.
I didn't have to threaten to discontinue service even though I might have if I didn't get Sunday Ticket.
You won't be forced into choosing between "cancel service" and "unacceptable offer".
