In all seriousness, EE always came across as a good dude. He is one of the most infuriating Giants of my lifetime, but it wasn't like he didn't give AF or was some horrible human being. I wish him well in Jacksonville.
was a great player but I didnt realize he only played from 95-2001. I definitely think he was a hall of fame level player when played but that short of a career a bit of a surprise he was able to get in
Tackle attempt with his head completely down. 1- should be a penalty and 2- he is damn lucky he didn't break his own neck. That was horrible technique!

My annual rant about mark Bavaro. I’m too lazy to go on about it it yea, it’s bullshit. If boselli is in mark should be too. Same with Terrell Davis for that matter.
I see your point but he put together one of the great defenses of all time and the "Tampa 2" has been a huge part of defensive football. Pretty good coaching tree.
High winning percentage and automatic playoffs in Indy. That second bowl would have made the choice more easily acceptable but not easy he also did have to contend with arguably the two greatest in BB and TB.
I find HC selection to the HOF is a little questionable. Cowher and Johnson in. Shanahan and Holmgren not in. Sadly, I worry about TC having to wait too long or being passed over.

I agree. HC selections seem a little too subjective. Cowher would've been fired before he ever won a SB, if he was HC for almost any franchise other than the patient Steelers.
He had 2 or 3 losing seasons in a row in the middle of his long tenure there, before he finally won a SB in his 14th season as HC and that was with a lot of help from the refs (who screwed Holmgren and the Seahawks).
Cowher seems like a nice guy (like Dungy), I guess, but that shouldn't be part of the equation for the HOF.

I see your point about Dungy and his impact on the game and would say he deserves the HOF more than Cowher.
As far as TC, I'm thinking and hoping that his 2 SB upsets against BB, Brady and the Pats, coupled to a much lesser extent with his early success with the expansion Jags, should make TC a shoo-in.
There's no way they can justify keeping him out bc they don't like his personality.
You can't stop Evan Engram. You can only hope to contain him.
Quote:
Hard to believe football is already back. I have less than zero interest in this game, but the season is going to be here so quickly.

Can't argue that.

You stop him by throwing him the ball in a crucial situation.
QB has to wait to get his eyes down field.
