If I can’t get free nfl Sunday ticket, plan on dumping direct tv for good.
Would games be available right after game ends or do I have to wait till all the late games are done too?

With an NFL+ Premium subscription, you can access full and condensed replays of all current season games right after the conclusion of the applicable game's telecast
Or if you have a child that is, I believe you can get NFLST as a stand alone for like $99. If not, you can still cancel Directv and stream ST only. I pay for mine in a single payment but they also offer a four month budget friendly option. I just prefer to watch the games live.
You could watch on your TV with the NFL app for Roku, FireTV, etc. I presume the same will be true for NFL+.
With Game Pass you could also get the annual subscription on eBay for $30 or so. That looks to be the case again this year for NFL+ Premium. It looks shady, but has worked for me.
