What a great show that was last night!!
I last saw him perform at MSG in 2015, and thought this show was every bit as good, maybe better. I didn't watch the Red Rocks Netflix special in hopes to avoid repeat jokes, but I believe outside of one story, it was mostly new material.
He has a way of being bi-partisan with political jokes, and offered up some very solid male and female related jokes as well.
To me, Billy is the best in the business, still.
Phones had to be checked into a pouch you carried with you that they would unlock after the show. Wasn't much of an inconvenience.
Was a lovely night weather wise. For a Forest Hills resident, couldn't get any better.
Did anyone else here go?
if so, I thought it was good, very good, just not his best.
I loved the end, such a good take.
The 2017 show in Red Bank I attended popped up on my anniversary thing today on Facebook. He did three nights there I think but I only went to two of them because I had to pick up my friend coming in from Florida or something.
Producer I love Chappelle but I found him to be much funnier when he was younger. The R Kelly pee sketch(es) are still on my list of return watches... lol. Still love him though.

Wasn't it the exact same show all three nights?
I saw Jerry Seinfeld because my wife is a big fan in Boston maybe 10 years ago and he was funny - we were with a few couples so the crowd I was with had fun. I want to say two years later he came back to Boston and we went again and it was literally the exact same show just two years later.
I can see going to a band multiple nights if you like them because I feel like they could change things up, be a little spontaneous - do comedians do the same?
It's more so for me an event just to get out of the house. Let's face it, summer is fucking boring, especially in the lingering month of August where it just will not end! Like anyone here at the "Jersey Shore", I have to strike while the iron is hot.
I've been to over 300 events (between sports, concerts, comedy shows, WWE) in my day and I'm only 47.
pj, I haven't watched the special so I can't answer that question. I'll try to watch this weekend.
He was headed that way but his latest Netflix special wasn’t very good IMO. Tried way to hard to shock the audience.
My favorite “new” comic is Mark Normand. Probably the quickest comedian in the game, will see him next time he’s in the area.
Chris Rock used to be up there, for sure.
Maniscalco is a funny guy. Very particular, but effective when it hits, LOL.
I do like Mark Normand a bit. He's grown on me, and is definitely a lot drier than the other guys.
Chappelle and CK are top notch.
Tom Segura I'll have to check out.
Andrew Schulz looks promising.
Burr hasn't had huge headline arenas/household name until maybe 2014, but if we're going back to 2007, he was definitely making a name back when he had hair.
I respect the opinion, but at the same time Louis is a bit more on the risquee side and Chappelle while really good, does lean on race a bit to carry his show.
