The Kemp/Proehl end of the depth chart will be pruned sooner rather than later. Bachman, Doss, Sills and Foster seem to be on the outside looking in too, especially if Shepard is close, Slayton stays, and Board sticks for special teams. (Any or all of those three premises could be false, of course.)
distinguish himself on specials Thursday night: his judgment is questionable, esp. on the punt from deep in Pats' end where it was blocked and he let it bounce and become a ~53 yard punt, NR. He shows minimal creativity and elusiveness on run backs and goes down all too easily. The only thing I can think of as why he's back there is that he seems to catch and secure the ball reasonably well.
