So he signed Michael Perez, Marrero. Sandy would never intentionally make a decision that hurt the team. But Every father believes in his son. Maybe a subconscious influence on the otherwise inexplicable decision to promote career minor leaguers-and not particularly good ones--over top prospects.

Thankfully the Baty decision has been reversed.

But a huge mistake by Mets to have Sandy's son as a vice-president in the organiztion.

Mets have great starting pitching depth . They also have an offense that SHOULD be able to carry them.

If they lose this one they gotta take the next 2 with Max and Jake and then worry about the Phillies when they get there.
