I will say the same thing that I say every time new recipients go into the ring of honor, how is John Mendenhall overlooked every year… he’s being punished because he was on lousy teams but a true Giant and heart and soul of their defense for so many years ….my favorite Giant player in the early 70s. what crime!!
Joe Morrison's ballyhooed versatility was a consequence of NOT playing any position well.

Mendy will get his. It definitely is a shame and makes no sense. There may be something else going on behind the scenes but anyone who watched those Giants games back then knew Mendenhall was a Giants signature piece. He'll get in.
#64 was a dominating DT who wrecked havoc on many an O line. Jennings a punter was ‘dominating’ then as well. I think both should be in “ring of honor”.
