My problems go beyond streaming. I can no longer access my account via Safari, Google Chrome or Internet explorer. I can only get on with Firefox and then I can't access any program once I'm in. When I click on a program, I get "Bad Request. Error 404". I've made 2 attempts this week to call the idiot outsourcers in tech services. After being shuffled around for 3 hours, I was told "There is nothing we can do". I was traveling last week and tried to stream the Titans game on my laptop, only to get a message it was "Blacked out". It wasn't as the DVR recorded it and I watched it when I got home. Any one else having problems?
They are losing the product, so they are not going to put a dime into
The NFL needs to step in and do something. No other professional sport deals with such a terrible streaming product.
