I don’t believe that’s a true statement, he made some throws today, had a nice TD throw to Bellinger and ended the game on a nice run to get a first down. Lastly, he didn’t turn the ball over today. He’s not necessarily a Franchise guy, but he’s good enough to win with.
yes, Jones is playing within himself and not busting out, but for some it seems akin to getting a a totally unexpected free decent meal only to complain about it because of the turd they may have tomorrow. Wins are comfort food to be savored, especially after the last many years of suckitude.

But personally I find the vitriol expressed by some on game threads a real turn off.
It's fair to dog Jones for some of the decision-making

I didn’t think their defense was that special, but they impressed me by how they pressured Jones and bottled Barkley for much of the game.

Offense still kind of sucks but the mistakes were limited and basically let the kicker win the damn thing.Not pretty but reminds me of a lot of Matt Bahr games. Defense was 100% in for high stakes pressure which can burn you badly but for Baker(short QB) he can't see over the mad rush of buffalo.
