Looks like there are two games tomorrow night that overlap… am I just confused once again?
Yep

Two games...

Titans @ Bills, Vikes @ Eagles. I think the former kickoffs at 715 & the latter at 830, but don't quote me on the times.

The extra game is beginning early, and the other game begins at the normal MNF time. You aren't being deprived of anything other than an extra game that you wouldn't have seen anyway because it would otherwise have been an out of market game in a regular timeslot. The second game is not scheduled any differently because of the first, and will begin exactly when it would have.

Your ability to watch MNF because of your work schedule and your time zone will be unaffected compared to a normal MNF schedule; you're just missing (some of) what amounts to a bonus game that wouldn't ordinarily have been available on an exclusive national TV showing (like MNF).

The lengths some will go to in order to complain about Goodell is comical.

I have Sunday Ticket, so no “out of market games”.

The 6:30 AM Pacific start times for the European games suck as well.

Even with the ticket, are you really watching every game? Of course not. You miss some of every game of you miss all of most games while you focus on one. This is no different. You'll be at work for the first quarter of the first game and will otherwise get at least slightly more undivided football to watch. Set your DVR if it matters that much to you.

The same goes for the London games. You living in Pacific Time is your own issue. You get 10am football on Sundays and have night games end at a reasonable hour for all sports, so it's not without benefit. And the trade off is that you occasionally have to deal with the reality that Eastern Time commands the most weight (though not 100%) for national broadcast scheduling decisions - for all live events, even those outside of sports.

How long is your commute? You still get to see parts of 2 games in one night if that’s your interest. I don’t see it as a big deal. If you lived on the east coast, the finish of the second game would be past your bedtime. Wahhh! If it is important to you to see more of 2 games, don’t go to work or take of early. Tired of this whining about the opportunity to see 2 games on a Monday night.
