That has 4 to 6 seats I believe and my nephew is a big nut about the Giants, and has 2 sons keeping the family nut houses full of Giant fans..I think I heard him yelling from my home in WVa..😉🙃😜
at times since 2011. Problem was there was a ton of booing in the first half for the inept offense. BTW, one of the best things new this season was individual player intros at the beginning of the game. They have not done that since the 2011 Patriots started the whole team as one intros. The individual intros get the crowd in a lather. The biggest roars were for Thomas and deafening for Barkley. When Carolina fumbled the opening kickoff, it was deafening in the stadium and half the fans were not even seated yet. It was a blast.
but my Dad and I have season tickets. He called me on the way home and said it was the best crowd since in at least 5 years, and one of the best since the '11 season in general.
During the 1st and 4th quarter it was very loud in key moments. I between was kinda dull, but don’t blame most of the crowd. They also cut off beer sales in the 200s a good 10 minutes before the 3rd quarter started
the crowd was loud and into it. As mentioned above, it was a younger group this time than usually you see for a season opener at 1 PM. My guess is the heat probably kept some of the older fans away (it was pretty hot out there). The place was ready to blow after those turnovers. If the offense could have gotten a TD, it would have gotten crazier. I enjoyed they put the "Offense at Work" signs back up when the crowd was cheering w/ NYG on offense. Part of me as a veteran season tix holder shakes my head that fans don't understand the game enough to know not to force your own team to a silent count, but it was good to see enthusiasm at the stadium again. The Dallas game is going to be a zoo.
The fumble on the opening kick off really got the crowd going. The offense was absolutely pitiful and it kinda dulled the crowed a bit. But the 4th quarter it was rocking again.
The heat and sun though it was absolutely brutal! Like 85 degrees in the sun. Everyone in those mezz club seats were chilling in the AC!

Im in section 311 and the crowd was loud and terrific. I can't remember the crowd being that consistently crazy loud. It gave me thrills and the chant of 2 and 0 at the end of the game was great. It's been a long time since I feel good coming home from a game. Go Giants.

Best new thing is the TV timeout countdown clock. No more staring at the guy with the orange gloves.

Honestly this really bugs me too. I thought the crowd noise sounded great and I love the enthusiasm, but the "let's go giants" chant while the offense had the ball on a crucial down made me cringe. Players in the huddle shouldn't have to be urging their own fans to quiet down. But overall it was a nice to feel the electricity in the stadium.
And it was rocking. That is the loudest I’ve heard Giants Stadium since that 2011/2012 playoff run. Louder than the 2016 wins IMO. This fanbase has been waiting to explode.
has been a disturbing trend for several years. Fan base at games has changed. Fewer understand the nuances of being a fan at the games. The guys in my section get very frustrated by the idiots screamiming at the top of their lungs while we are on offense,. It does not even register with them that it makes it difficult for the players to call and hear the offensive signals.

I was at the game in my usual seats and we were loud very very loud. We were up not just on 3rd down but 2nd down in the 3rd and 4th quarters. I did not hear the booing you wrote about. Was there frustrating moments yes there was but there was no booing up by us.
my friend (not trying to be a dick) but the booing each time the offense came off the field in the first half was VERY loud. My friend watching on TV even texted me that you could hear it. They were definitely booing a number of times, quite loudly all around the stadium and with good reason. 2 fumbles deep in Carolina territory and only 6 total points. Unacceptable.
Sounded loud on tv though.
Crowd was insane. Dunno how it sounded on tv, but was deafening live.
I was impressed!
Can you please change your name….please
Noticed this too. Definitely younger than typical 1pm home openers since I’ve been a season ticket holder.

It was loud at the right times for sure. There were very few Panther fans there which helped a lot. And it was a younger crowd which helped also

I expect a younger crowd for Monday night as well. There will be a lot of Dallas fans though.

Unfortunately had to sell as I’ll be getting back from LSU late Monday but wish I was able to go.
Most packed I’ve seen the lots at gate open in years.
Nice to hear! Eff the Pats and their bullshit.
Cheers!!!
Hey I'm one of the old gizzerers and I'm horse. My wife is laughing at me.
It was hot lots of people, especially low tier behind the Giants bench, went up and out of the sun. I did it a couple times to cool down.

Also noticed a ton of people on the field after the game with the drum line, thought that was new (but maybe not).
Did notice the TV timeout clock too...........
Did see a lot of long faced CAR fans on the way out though :)
