None of the restaurants or bars in the parks have TVs showing current programming. However, many of the lounges in the resorts do have TVs showing NFL games.
Personally, I'd make that Sunday a rest day from the parks
Go to the parks on Saturday and Monday but have Sunday as a rest day. Have the family sleep in, late breakfast at the resort. Then have the family spend a pool day while you watch the game at the lounge/bar.
When they had ESPN Sports Zone on the Disney boardwalk, it was easy. Now that's gone.
There's a million places within 5 minutes of Disney property to watch the games, but your family isn't going to want to leave Disney property.
I got to think nowadays the best bet might be one of the bars or restaurants at Disney Springs. Make that your Disney Springs day, and tell your wife and kids to walk around and shop for 3 hours. That usually flies. The parking at Disney Springs has become impossible though.

This is what I did last December. I watched the Giants-Dolphins shitfest at a sports bar in Orlando by myself while my wife stayed back at the timeshare with the kids.
Back a few years ago there was always a big group of Giants fans. Haven't be there in quit a while so not sure if that's still the case.

Yeah I watched the game at that millers before. I remember a section of giants fans too. This was about 8 years ago.
