Dline and the Panthers had VG OLB play attacking the line - I think very similar to the Cowboys.
Diggs jumping routes will be the thing to watch. Guy is so quick breaking on the ball.
should include lots of running and quick short passes for the most part. Jones will get rid of the ball in a hurry. Perhaps more RPO as well. Perhaps more Kadarous Toney touches ???
D is being very overrated here for a lot of reasons. The Steelers manhandled the Bengals Oline and the Cowboys turned around and did the same thing. YET, the Bengals could have and should have won that game. Very poor game planning by the Bengals.
I suspect we will attack the Dallas Defense up the middle a LOT with our run game, forcing them to be less free wheeling from the outside.
Second, we will possibly see Brieda and Barkley on the field at the same time with one split out as a receiver. I would also expect chip blocks by the WR's and TE's a lot.
I think you underestimate just how good the fronts of the Titans and Panthers are... the Giants should be respectful of the Cowboys, but they are no better than what we have faced (except for Parsons).
Don’t let Parsons beat you and I think the Giants will be fine. Dallas is undisciplined and McCarthy is a doofus. The Giants will have a substantial edge in the coaching department.
has played pretty well so far. Giving up yardage (Fournette chewed them up two weeks ago), but they are practicing the "bend but don't break" approach - just not giving up a ton of points.
You have to accept that Parsons is going to be a pain in the ass. The problem player is Lawrence. If he's focused and into it, that's two high end players we have to deal with at the LoS.
I do think they are soft on the left side, and maybe we can exploit that like Tampa did with Fournette. Osa and Bohanna can be moved off their spot.
But punting will not be a bad thing Monday night if we can't move the ball at times. Switch field position and hopefully Wink can continue to spin his great work.

Exactly.. A lot of folks commented on how the Panthers offense was going to be some much different than the Titans and how their wideouts and Mccaffrey would be a much different animal than Henry and the Titans offense. What they left out was how much different the Panthers defense would be for our offense- faster on the back end and more edge presence than what the Titans had. The Titans were very strong up the middle but lacked speed. The Panthers middle si strong but more from holding things in place to free up the outside and the backers behind them. They posed a much bigger problem than what many were believing.
The Boys are a divisional team and one we know well- tons of film on. They will be a problem but their interior Dline is not the same as the two we have faced and this could be a night for Barkley to SHINE and Toney and hopefully Robinson to exploit with quick underneath stuff.

Exactly what I was going to sort of say. Why would someone think the Cowboys line is better than the two they faced? Probably because they have 1 big named player, but overall I think this will clearly be the worst D we have faced
To beat the Cowboys Giants have to go 4 WR and spread the
Cowboys out. This is where Slayton and Golladay can make an impact with the rotation. While in four wide run alot of motion with the back and keep M parson running laterally instead of north and south, If Giants ahve the lead in 4th quarter, Pund the football with running game.
from the announcers how BD was concerned with the Panthers speed on the front 7. Something like some of the young guys just have not experienced it yet. It showed.
quick hitters and screens, get their dline going uo the field and hit quick passes behind them..
Diggs gets beat a lot because he is very agressive, you can beat him on double moves, he couldnt touch Toney last yesr with Mike Glennon throwing the football..
intimidated by the cowtuds? The Giants have not played well in prime time games for years, they have been humiliated by lesser teams for years. We will know if this team is any good on Monday, and if they should lose how well they play the following week.
I was really impressed by that Luvu guy on the Panthers
Parsons will be moved all over. I could see Quinn running him right through the A gaps, either straight over the G/C or stunts. His first step is pretty electrifying right now.

They need to connect on some deep shots.

Thats what I’m concerned about.
Attack him and wear him down. Then throw in some screens to his side of the field. Get the backs in motion and have them chip Parson on passing downs.
Make someone else on defense beat us.

lol. Now THAT'S funny
