I expect Buffalo to cruise in the opener. The spread is Buffalo -10. I'd take the over on that. Bills Mafia will be out in full force.
Vikes-Eagles should be a good one. The spread is Eagles -2.5. I like the Vikings here. I just think Minnesota is a flat out better team. They whipped the Pack last weekend & the Cousins-Jefferson combo looked damn good. Justin Jefferson...man, that dude is electric. Thank God Philly took Reagor instead of Jefferson in the '20 draft because the thought of seeing Justin Jefferson 2X a year...no bueno. Goes without saying...Skol!
I like the two MNF games. I believe they're expanding it to 3 times next season.
Titans would be smart to move Henry to a team looking for that final piece and reload their roster ( Oline and WR)..

Hurts playing at such a different speed.
It's like Hurts is what Jones guys think Jones is, and Jones is what Jones guys think Hurts is.
Thanks for taking this game thread into a Jones debate. Hopefully someone will engage, it would be so disappointing if we don’t go there yet again. Well done.
You had to think whether Allen has better arm talent than Hurts?

Bravo... this is both funny and perceptive. Post of the week.
Yes, you would think all would know this by now.
Good pt.
He certainly seems to have gotten a lot better

The Eagles are a division rival. Why should Jones be “off limits”? It’s funny, the Eagles aren’t even sold on Hurts yet supposedly.
Huh? Watching same game?
The Bills are on a whole different level than the rest of the NFL
That is huge and they will continue to the NFL championships unless there is a team that has a strong defense that can put pressure on him, unlike the Vikings tonight.
Jones might be the most accurate deep thrower of the four. It's impossible to say, because he has no time to throw deep balls, and nobody to throw them to. So we might as well give him the benefit of the doubt.
I’m more with the question Troy asked…..Why?
They are very limited offensively and if Willis is the guy moving forward they need weapons...

How much does Hurts pocket awareness and ability to move the pocket contribute to that?

Well with Tannehill being benched there goes my shot at the Parlay dammit
Could be worse my buddy hit 12 of 13 on a parlay with the only loss being the Ravens

Off limits, he s certainly not off limits. I just don’t see what else can possibly be stated about the topic that hasn’t already been stated several times before

Hurts leads the league in Most time before passing. He is a very good QB, but he benefits from the best Oline in the NFL.

Bingo.

Man that sucks, just brutal losing that
QB play is a big factor in OL play too. Tired of hearing the OL excuse with the Giants when they arguably have the best left tackle in the NFL.
Strong pocket presence can make an OL look a lot better.

have excellent offensive lines?? How do they do it?! They can plug in any Olinemen they have and never lose a beat? I hate it. They make it look so easy.

Umm, nobody is getting close to Hurts. It isn't pocket presence. I could be back there in a wheelchair and still have time to throw. No pass rush and certainly no coverage, either.
