It's fitting that he's still spoken of after 60 plus years in such reverent tones. It's also fitting a great Yankee...a team guy like Maris...is on the cusp of catching him. He deserves it. And Maris deserves that a man such as Judge is the man doing it. Just my opinion. This feels "right".

Couldn't see it on TV, but they said no one was covering 3rd. IKF was deployed somewhere else. Donaldson was worried the runner could have taken that base unimpeded if he was unable to get to 2nd in time to get the out. There's room for Peraza and Cabrera on the 2023 26-man even if Yanks bring everyone back. No reason to be hasty in trading away Torres.
