There's a reason why none of the beats or verified media have jumped on it.
I don't know how to post links here yet. But I've seen it in 2 places thus far. Obj still is twice the player KG is even with all the surgeries he's had.
he was close with saquon in their 1 year together and obviously shepard. he got his ring last year, coming back here to get a shot at proving he can still be a top wr would be fun to watch. not sure there's a team out there with more targets available for a fa wr.

Sure..but no offense are you new to the internet? Have you seen how quickly misinformation can spread..just because it was tweeted by multiple accounts doesn't make it true.
Last year there was a Giants beat reporter who retweeted a tweet from a parody account saying a player in camp was cut for stealing food from the cafeteria..it was clearly all bullshit...
Not saying this isnt true, but you have to question EVERYTHING you read and consider the source. Not a single credible account has mentioned this WR story..none.
WR that’s still out there. Whether or not they are crazy is beside the point. I would sign Brown and Beckham to vet minimums if they will take it. And if they take it and turn out to be headcases then we part ways. That’s it. If they don’t turn out to be head cases we get the last top end effort we can out of them and probably do better than we are currently when it comes to scoring. No harm no foul.
And the peal clutches will certainly throw a fit if either of these guys are signed, but to me it’s incredibly encouraging that this regime seems to turn over every stone in trying to improve the roster. We all want perfect angels on the team. But sometimes you have to take a chance on talent if the vetting process checks out.

Ugh…pearl clutchers
Asshat...I am hesitant to bring it up....as it's old information , but
These guys just name all the WR. Does anyone actually believe they are talking to Odell. He didn't tear his ACL in camp or early in the season. He did it in the SB. There is a very good chance Odell doesn't play this season at all.

It’s possible but Sterling Shepard tore his in December and is playing…

But man, can you imagine OBJ with Daniel Jones seldom seeing him open? I don't think that's viable.
We need any help we can get under a million dollars.
If OBJ or anyone is willing to come play bring them on we can't get worse. I for one am happy they are out looking for help and recognize how bad this group is

Yeah I’m not promoting the idea. The point is that this regime seems to be much more willing to do the homework on guys previous regimes would have passed on without putting in an ounce of effort

.You have a point but CBS sports has the story. 🤷
Not sure what your point is

But there’s still hope Toney will play, Shep even Slayton
If signing for the outside gets these guys to play - great. But there’s a mouth talent on the team.
Seems Golladay is a lost cause.

but I think he's been humbled over the past few years especially with another major injury. I think he will be on his best behavior if he returned on a 1 year deal. He can't be worse than Golladay.
what do some of you think would happen that is so "dangerous"
i hate this myth so much. Don't just say distractions which has never been proven to cause any true problems on the field. I want proof. WTF is BEckham going to do here that would be so detrimental? Say something weird in a PC? Post some weird shit on twitter? Ok....AND? WTF harm will that cause. Distractions? How the hell does a so called distraction from Tuesday, which is merely a pic tweet of a box of fucking pizza with some weird caption that means fuck all, impact the game on Sunday? How?
The only ones distracted are the fans. The team might be annoyed with the questions but once they come to grips with th fact that the media will always have some annoying question in their pocket they will make peace with the odd question about Brown or Beckham.
It really should be all about what the player can do on the field, barring the occasional exception when some player goes completely off the rails.
are like.....and my 2 cents isnt worth anything, SOOOO, I think this is just a ploy, floated out there in the ether, to motivate Golladay. They're paying him a ton of money and he's not doing a thing. I'm thinking Daboll or Schoen got this story out, KG is pissed about playing time but doesn't care cause he getting paid, but then this gets out and everyone wonders whats wrong with Kenny? Lets see what happens with the WR in the room. I can't see OBJ coming back and I don't think Browns, KGs and KT's ego's will fit in the same room. Daboll seems to have another 'feature' you want in a HC; he seems to know how to motivate the DIFFERENT types of personalities on a team and its not by sliding through the mud.
I could see OBJ

And the rumor was OBJ was coming back to the Giants.
It never developed and I haven't heard anything else until now.
Do not know if my information us even still current...but there was definitely something brewing earlier in the summer.

I thought we were going to be watching stuff like that for the next decade after that play.

Not much, if they’re playing on a 1yr vet min type of contract. NY media and this fanbase couldn’t handle it though.
Isaiah Hodgins will be a Giant.

If they can fit it under the cap, they should absolutely be looking to make a move if they can find an impact WR.
