to Penn Station who was skeptical of the Amtrak move, holy shit the Moynihan Train Hall is an architectural marvel. Any time I walk in Penn Station now I feel like I'm walking through some apocalyptic abandoned hell hole and across the street is a beautiful oasis.
Now, obviously MSG is nowhere near as bad as Penn Station, but if they can replace it like Moynihan replaced the Amtrak part of Penn I'd listen. massive upgrade.
but this sounds like Dolan wants to build a new MSG where Woody wanted to put the Jets new stadium until Dolan used every political favor and advertising he could to have it killed?
Anyone know the lease arrangements for the Giants and Jets at the tuna can called Met Life? I wonder if one of the football teams could partner with Dolan for a multi use retractable roof stadium that could do basketball, hockey and football.
Jimmy D. would disagree. He's got that bug now that he's finishing that new 'sphere'-like construction in Vegas. I've seen it, it's an impressive structure.

You don't have to call it "that new 'sphere'-like construction" because it has a name: Sphere. Way less words than your description.
Ehh, color me skeptical
