NFT: NFL+ Problem

jjgmrg901 : 9/22/2022 9:15 am
s anyone having problems getting into their account? I had no problems up until yesterday. I tried to look at a game from this past weekend and I was sent to a page to start a subscription. I was offered the chance to restore purchase but that said I had no prior subscriptions.

However when I go to computer access it says you are all set but still no access.

Also if you have a phone number for NFL+ where a person answers that would be great.

Again thank you BBI for any help.
Do they have an email address that you can contact with?

Maybe there is a telephone number on your credit card statement associated with your initial payment.

Good luck, it sounds frustrating. You may want to post again as a football thread since it is football related and that way you may get a better chance of someone reading it that might have a better answer.
This might work

If I did the link correctly it looks like you can create a support ticket requesting help

But I had Chrome save my password. So now when I click on "NFL+ Premium" I'm automatically logged in and everything works.

Try this. Google "NFL+ Premium login" and then open whatever link is offered in an "Incognito" window in Chrome. Your device will likely not recognize you (because you're incognito) so it should prompt you to login.
Yes

Something somewhat similar happened to me. When I signed up for NFL+ I didn't realize that I used a different email address than what I used for my NFL.com account (which I signed up for years ago).

By default, when I would use the app it was still logging in using my NFL.com credentials - I had to login separately using the new NFL+ login. I think they should have created a completely separate application for NFL+ to prevent that issue.
Looks like you can watch your NFL+ subscription
wigs in nyc : 9/24/2022 12:10 pm : link
through NFL.com or the NFL App on your streaming device (Roku / AppleTV / etc.)
Instructions below
These are just how to view through the NFL app on AppleTV, but it seems like it’s designed to work everywhere else as well - ( New Window )
If you go to the NFL+ home page, it says right there

Watch live local & primetime Regular Season games on your phone or tablet with NFL+

The restriction to watching on phone or tablet is for live watching.

Once the games are completed, the content can be accessed from any device.
