I see more to work with as an NFL passer with Hooker than Richardson as of now. Richardson is an athlete playing QB and just looks awkward throwing the ball sometimes. I think he had better go back for another year no matter what happens just to become more refined.
At this trajectory I think he's going to finish in the Stroud, Young, Levis group. Jurkovec, Van Dyke, etc. haven't looked all that good so far.
Hooker has his warts, he missed a few throws, but I see a guy with excellent size and tools: good runner, strong arm. That's the kind of QB we can hope to get, because at 2-0 we're already unlikely to be at the very top of the draft with Stroud.

But it will take some time. The tools are obvious, but he also throws accurate passes, which isn't the case with this player profile. He just hasn't played though- he needs a lot more experience. He's not going to be a good NFL QB for a few years.
Same old Texas. The defense can't stop a good offense, and (in this case) the QB is completely average for a college QB. With Ewers maybe they win this game, but it still doesn't excuse the defense. How many 5* defensive recruits do you need to stop somebody?
Oregon's Bo Nix. Big passing game today, 428 yards through the air in a comeback win. 3 TDs vs 1 INT and 6 for 30 on the ground. Close to the prototype NFL QB size.
Not making predictions, but he's put himself on the radar with his early season play.

Bo Nix has zero NFL future.
After today he's a 71% passer on the season with a 10-3 TD-INT ratio.
Again, not making predictions, but if he keeps this up he'll be a guy to be looked at. Maybe not in round 1, but as I said, he's at least worth watching where he goes from here this season. Based on previous seasons, I'd agree with you. But he may be taking a big step forward this year.
where I had a lazy Saturday and watched a good amount of college ball. Have to say it was a great day to do that, so many good games. Also my first weekend without cable and got to watch a few of the games in 4K which was a nice bonus. The Maryland/Michigan and Kstate/OK games looked fantastic.
RE: JMU's comback win over Appalachian State 32-28
Bo Nix isn't a good NFL prospect at all. He won't be a factor.
Anyway, I won't be shocked if Jalen Milroe eventually gets some Lamar Jackson comps. He definitely plays a similar game and is about the same size. I see a lot of Lamar in him.
Don't fall in love with him. He'll break your heart...
Hartman played out of his mind.
14 for 18 at the half for 248 yards and 1 TD. 65 yards rushing on 9 attempts.
That is all.

Showed a little bit of everything on that last drive. Deep ball, mobility, touch dart near the goal line.
...He is eligible for next year's draft
Refs have lost control of the game NC & ND. Free for all flag throwing contest.

Levis is another guy I'm keeping an eye on.
I'd sign up for an 8-4 season right now.

Good analysis on Hooker. He will move up.
Jimbo Fisher...so overrated.

$ talks...
at this point, I'm just listing to the post game radio show and listening to how stunned the announcers are.
Booker was pretty impressive in that game.

Cristobal is not a good coach
God bless you...it's unbelievable.
But I don't know if what happened today is him or the curse.
I'd sign up for an 8-4 season right now.
OL play makes everything look better. They finally dominated.

Good win for ND. 2-2. OL & run game were dominant. BYU next week in Vegas.

Isn’t it amazing what good OL play can do for an offense? Throw in some top skill position players, and the points will flow.
He looks like a pro.

Very high on him. But it’s obviously early

Im glad he played well since more quality QBs helps the Giants, but the Northern Illinois defense is a far cry from the NFL

My sister and her husband, both JMU alums were pumped, haha.
I am too, I'm curious about his arm strength, because he doesn't have the height. But he's got a good feel for the game.

But, that'll be more of a convo for next year.

I think it’s good enough to win in this league. Don’t think it’s anything outstanding
