I see more to work with as an NFL passer with Hooker than Richardson as of now. Richardson is an athlete playing QB and just looks awkward throwing the ball sometimes. I think he had better go back for another year no matter what happens just to become more refined.
At this trajectory I think he's going to finish in the Stroud, Young, Levis group. Jurkovec, Van Dyke, etc. haven't looked all that good so far.
Hooker has his warts, he missed a few throws, but I see a guy with excellent size and tools: good runner, strong arm. That's the kind of QB we can hope to get, because at 2-0 we're already unlikely to be at the very top of the draft with Stroud.

But it will take some time. The tools are obvious, but he also throws accurate passes, which isn't the case with this player profile. He just hasn't played though- he needs a lot more experience. He's not going to be a good NFL QB for a few years.
